He has been admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United Stated District Court for the District of New Jersey since December of 1984 and in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1987.”
The firm was founded on three core principles: Excellence, Integrity and Value.
Excellence represents the firm’s commitment to delivering top-quality services. Competence alone is not sufficient to distinguish the firm from its competition. Whether the task is drafting a simple agreement or conducting a complex negotiation, we believe that our clients should expect – and more importantly – that our clients deserve – the best.
Integrity is key to not only building trust and confidence with clients – essential elements of a successful attorney-client relationship – but also to maintaining credibility with adversaries and other third parties. A lawyer is effective only when he or she is trusted by clients and respected by adversaries. Integrity is not a simple a matter of personal conscience. It is a critical element of successful advocacy.
Value is measured solely by client satisfaction. In order to achieve ever higher levels of client satisfaction, the firm is committed not only to meeting its clients’ expectations – but to exceeding them. Irrespective of the difficulties encountered, costs incurred or results achieved, the firm will judge its success solely by whether it has exceeded the client’s expectations.
In addition these founding principles, the firm is committed to active involvement in the professional, business and civic community, and participates in the Princeton Corridor Rotary, the Princeton Area Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey and American Bar Associations and the United States Green Building Council.
