Dan Sheridan Resumes Active Status in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has ordered Dan Sheridan’s reinstatement to active status as a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Sheridan had voluntarily assumed inactive status in Pennsylvania while he was in-house counsel to Gemini Industries, and later, Philips Electronics. His reinstatement to active status will permit him to represent clients in Pennsylvania and to appear before the Commonwealth Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

From April 21 through April 24, Dan Sheridan will attend the annual Spring Meeting of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. At the meeting, he will participate in or attend a variety of committee meetings and presentations, including meetings of the Commercial Finance Committee, the Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities, and the Committees on Corporate Compliance, Mergers and Acquisitions and the Uniform Commercial Code. Dan Sheridan becomes LEED Green Associate
Dan Sheridan has attained the designation of LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute of the United States Green Building Council. The Green Associate designation was created under Version 3 of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System, and is awarded to individuals who demonstrate knowledge and understanding of green building practices need to support the use of that system.
