For Our Present and Prospective Clients
Our Philosophy of Client Value:
The Firm was founded on three core principles: Excellence, Integrity and Value. It is our intention to provide “Value” by consistently exceeding our clients’ expectations. Part of the value equation is, of course, compensation for services provided. Recognizing that this value equation is variable (depending upon the nature and complexity of the matter upon which the Firm is called upon to render assistance), the Firm has adopted a flexible approach towards billing which is designed to facilitate open communication with our clients, and to eliminate to the extent possible the element of “surprise” (and associated anxiety) often associated with legal expense.
Although we normally will establish a “default” billing arrangement based upon traditional hourly billing at an agreed rate, the Firm encourages exploration of alternative billing arrangements on a project-specific (for example, an acquisition or new business formation), or scope-specific (for example, corporate records maintenance or general compliance counseling) basis. Such alternatives include fixed fee, capped fee, success fee, monthly retainer or other arrangements that may be appropriate to the particular circumstances of the matter.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Engagement:
In addition to the basic billing methodology to which we and our clients may agree, we have also adopted a standard set of terms and conditions applicable to all client arrangements. The Firm encourages present and prospective clients to review these terms and conditions, and to address with us any areas of concern or confusion.

About This Site
The Photographs on this site were all taken in and around Princeton, New Jersey by Dan Sheridan. Permission is granted to copy, distribute or display the photos only for noncommercial purposes. No permission is granted to modify or make derivative works based on the photos.
The first photograph is of Princeton University rowers on Carnegie Lake and was taken on the morning of April 3, 2010, as they were preparing for the Johnson Cup Regatta. For more information about the Princeton University Rowing Program, go to http://crew.princeton.edu
The second photograph (Gothic Arches) was taken in the courtyard of Holder Hall, adjacent to Madison Hall, both of which are part of Princeton’s Rockefeller College (named after 1929 alumnus John D. Rockefeller, 3rd). It is a beautiful collection of gothic style buildings, and includes Holder Tower, one of the most prominent parts of the Princeton skyline.
The final photograph (Gothic Tower) is of Cleveland Tower at Princeton’s Graduate College, named for President Grover Cleveland. Cleveland was a trustee of the University commencing in 1901, and chaired the trustee’s committee on the establishment of a graduate college. Although a native of Buffalo, NY, Cleveland spent his later years in Princeton, and is buried in Princeton cemetery.
